Roadside Technician Commercial Tires - Clearwater, FL

Roadside Technician – emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and are expected to be on the roadside. When there are no service calls pending, Technicians may help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.

This position includes participation in a mandatory on-call rotation. During an assigned on-call period, Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after-hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous commercial service tire experience.

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including proper use of PPE, tire cages, and all other safety policies and procedures.
