Driver Helper

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper to support our delivery drivers. Your role will be key in ensuring products reach our customers safely and on time, assisting with loading, unloading, and providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Driver Helper

• Help load and unload products from delivery trucks.
• Assist drivers in navigating to customer locations.
• Check products for damages before and after delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during deliveries and setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Complete delivery and assembly paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Support the team with any additional duties assigned by supervisors or drivers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory.
