Aircraft Cleaner - Night Shift

Summary

The Aircraft Cleaner Agent ensures that Allegiant Air’s appearance standards for the interior of the aircraft are met consistently. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a criminal background check
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude; detail oriented
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read and write English fluently
• Adhere to the dress code policy
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and in a team setting
• Pass a complete background check and pre‑employment drug screen
• Able to attend and successfully complete required training, including computer‑based training
• Work in extreme outdoor conditions
• Lift up to 70 lbs. on a continuous basis

• Perform interior and deep cleaning functions of the aircraft as required
• Stock aircraft with necessary supplies (e.g., in‑flight magazines, lavatory supplies)
• Use cleaning fluids and materials, such as washing solutions, scrapers, squeegees, wringer pails, and vacuum cleaners, and complete related forms according to established procedures
• Dispose of trash, rubbish, and waste incidental to job functions
• Track inventory
• Perform aircraft security searches and commissary security searches as required
• Operate heavy, motorized machinery/equipment such as tugs, tractors, belt loaders, and bag carts
• Other duties as assigned

Stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and use hands and fingers to operate various tools and equipment (hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs, etc.). May need to lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. and push and/or pull up to 300 lbs. Work may involve various shifts and a 24‑hour schedule. Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (airport environment), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations is expected.

Some travel may be required.
