Southern Baptists of Texas Convention is seeking a Minister of Music to lead the church’s music program and direct choirs and bands during worship services. The role includes recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer music personnel and coordinating with the senior pastor and church leadership.
The Minister of Music will organize weekly rehearsals, manage materials and budget, and participate in church visitation and church council activities as part of a collaborative worship ministry.
