Nothing Bundt Cakes hires Joy Creators—a guest services representative role. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, sets the mood and makes a bakery visit an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure orders go off without a hitch, making everyone feel welcomed and fostering an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• Assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Provide welcoming, friendly service and contribute to a positive bakery environment.
• Support daily operations to help events and guest experiences run smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean workspace.

• Close early to enjoy evenings.
