SCHOOL LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
Pre-ETS services will be provided at The Fulton Education Center and Cleburne High School.
The Fulton Education Center
- Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
- Following this class, the trainer will travel to Cleburne High School for the afternoon class.
Cleburne High School
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM–2:15 PM
- Potential Additional Class: 2:20 PM–3:10 PM
Applicants must be available during the listed service times and able to travel between The Fulton Education Center and Cleburne High School as scheduled.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
TEACHING & INSTRUCTION
Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) brings practical life-skill application to students with disabilities ages 16–22.
- Providing individual and small group instruction to students with disabilities.
- Interacting with teachers and students in a professional manner.
- Always ensure the safety of students and staff during service times.
ADMINISTRATION
- Complete basic state-required forms in a timely manner.
- Use and update electronic and paper-based data systems.
- Use cloud-based technology on personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Track attendance for each service daily.
- Maintain materials provided by Bloom Consulting for school-year service use.
PLANNING
- Work independently and collaboratively when planning curriculum.
- Follow the provided curriculum and seek approval for any changes.
- Communicate students' needs to your supervisor.
- Maintain receipts for clients and providers.
- Review paperwork to ensure completion and accuracy.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have:
- two years of experience working with students with disabilities;
OR - 60 hours of college credit in special education, specific disabilities, social work, counseling, business, or a related field.
- two years of experience working with students with disabilities;
- You are comfortable interacting with small groups of students.
- You can communicate effectively in both spoken and written form.
- You are proficient in basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, calendars.
- You consistently meet recurring deadlines.
- You have reliable transportation and are able to travel between the assigned school locations as required.
