• Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to improve the reliability of electrical assets and optimize maintenance costs
• Provide operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and transformers
• Manage analysis and ensure follow-up on predictive data such as coordination studies and relay tests
• Offer technical guidance on local, national, and international codes and standards
• Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and provide training to field technicians on electrical systems

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, ISA, NEC, and IEEE
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Ability to travel for extended periods with little advance notice
• Valid driver's license required

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• 2 years of experience with Medium Voltage systems
• 5 years of experience in Industrial Operations
