Activités
  • Ensure HSE compliance by enforcing Total Energies’ health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities
  • Implement and manage the project QA/QC plan, ensuring adherence throughout construction
  • Perform electrical quality inspections using digital tools (e.g., Vyn system)
  • Oversee equipment receiving inspections, including transformers and inverter/transformer skids
  • Identify, track, and resolve non‑conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Verify contractor work and documentation in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with construction, procurement, and engineering teams
  • Coordinate with third‑party engineers to validate installation quality and performance
  • Track, maintain, and report QA/QC documentation and metrics
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement through development of internal standards and procedures
  • Act as the electrical subject matter expert, supporting technical decision‑making and issue resolution
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on quality performance and key issues

In this role, you will directly contribute to safe execution, quality assurance, and successful delivery of critical renewable energy projects.

Profil du candidat

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, including photovoltaic (PV) projects
  • Experience on utility‑scale renewable energy (solar) required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems for solar, BESS, and substations (medium and high voltage)
  • Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
  • Experience reviewing contractor work, technical documentation, and design drawings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with digital QA/QC or construction management systems
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
