  • Keep the SWPPP binder up to date by updating erosion & sediment control plan redlines, BMP amendment logs, and ensuring all required documents are present.
  • Add supplemental SWPPP documents to the binder as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors responsible for seeding and BMP implementation, ensuring environmentally sensitive areas are designated and blocked off.
  • Perform monthly SPCC inspections and audits, coordinate spill clean‑up with onsite or third‑party companies, and provide oversight.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to direct and manage crews responsible for BMP installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to attend remote meetings as necessary.
  • Ability to remain on site daily until the project’s Notice of Termination (NOT) is approved or otherwise instructed.
  • Civil, environmental, or construction management education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with all levels of field staff.
  • Ability to read and understand civil plans and specifications.
  • Problem‑solving skills with multiple solution options.
