Position Type: PRN
Salary Range: $24.25 - $28.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Any
- Focus on physical assessments (vital signs, EKGs, labs)
- Obtain prior authorizations
- Maintain timely concurrent computer documentation / prescription drug ordering
- Administer injectable medication
- Engage in frequent phone, email, face‑to‑face and telemedicine interactions with physicians, ANPs, patients, caregivers, case managers, clinic manager, front office staff, insurance companies, and pharmacies
- Travel region‑wide as required
- Licensed to practice as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
- Some mental health experience preferred
- Stable employment history
- Professional/diplomatic demeanor
- Energetic
- Organized
- Excellent attention to detail and multi‑tasking abilities
- Above average computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Determined patient advocacy
- Superior customer service
Must pass an agency‑required physical assessment and be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift 25 pounds, sit for an extended period, and reach overhead.
