Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Clearfork Academy

We're looking for a dependable, observant, and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in supporting clients through consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy- Monitor client safety and well-being through regular observations and documentation
- Conduct patient rounds, wellness checks, and facility safety inspections
- Record vital signs and assist with urine drug screening procedures
- Support educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities
- Assist with program orientation and client supervision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide transportation support when assigned
- Assist with routine housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with nurses, counselors, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
- Prefer a structured work environment with clear policies and procedures
- Take pride in accuracy, consistency, and following established protocols
- Are calm, patient, and dependable under pressure
- Communicate directly, professionally, and respectfully
- Enjoy observing details and ensuring tasks are completed correctly
- Work well independently while contributing to a team mission
