Residential Home Living/Medical Transport DCW2

At Rock House, we touch lives! We are currently seeking an individual to coordinate medical appointments for our residents. We serve adult individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. In addition to scheduling medical appointments, this position will transport individuals to their appointments. Some flexibility will be required for occasional appointments that may run long or be located out of town.

This position will involve some direct care responsibilities, as well as, assisting with appointments in the community.

Position Requirements:
This position requires motivation, self-direction, reliability, good communication and writing skills, computer skills; 1-2 years' leadership experience in health-related field and medical knowledge a plus. Must have good driving record. Hours for this position are 8A-5P M-F but some flexibility is needed.
