The Cleburne Railroaders are seeking reliable and energetic Club & Picnic Buffet Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality in our Classic Club and Picnic Plaza group areas. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by ensuring food and beverage stations are fully stocked, well-presented, and efficiently maintained throughout each event.

Ideal candidates are service-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Essential Functions
  • Read and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s).
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests for all picnics.
  • Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
  • Set up and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations.
  • Maintain and inventory for both food and beverage stations.
  • Maintain all event areas and front of house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Participate in both setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old and have current TABC Certificate and Food Handler’s License.
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure that work is accurate and complete.
  • Employees may also be exposed to weather of varying degrees for extended periods of time while performing the duties of this job.
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Railroader’s season.
  • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching.
  • Must able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 30 lbs.
