This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Cleburne, TX. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for overseeing real estate closings, managing escrow accounts, and ensuring all aspects of the closing process adhere to legal and organizational standards. The individual will collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers, while providing efficient customer service and maintaining accuracy in all documents and transactions.
The role will also include notarial duties as required.
- Proficiency in managing real estate Closings and Escrow processes
- Certification or eligibility to perform Notary services
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations governing real estate and escrow transactions
- Experience in a legal or real estate-focused role preferred
- Relevant certifications or a background in title or escrow work is a plus
