Serve as the primary resource for QC associates across office and floor operations, ensuring alignment with Walmart specifications and commodity defect standards;
Apply advanced knowledge of QC tools and systems to support data-driven decision-making;
Execute cold chain compliance and inbound HACCP processes throughout the warehouse to maintain food safety and regulatory standards;
Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to forecast workload and staffing needs, adjusting for seasonal demands;
Lead daily startup meetings to communicate updates from QC leadership, Supply Chain, suppliers, and performance metrics.
