Part Time Valet Trash Collector

Part Time Valet Trash Collector – Mars, PA. Part‑time shift hours are Sunday – Thursday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with arrival at 7:55 PM sharp. The role is a 5‑year contract with a focus on door‑step waste removal for apartment building residents.

• Collect bagged trash from each apartment door and transport it to onsite trash compactor.
• Work in all weather conditions (cold, rain, or shine) 5 days per week.
• Maintain good physical condition; climb steps and handle heavy bags as needed.
• Arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp and remain on site until the shift ends at 10:00 PM.
• Ensure quiet operation so residents can prepare for bed before trash is removed.
• Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager regarding schedules and concerns.
• Adhere to a mandatory pick‑up schedule from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.

• MUST HAVE a driver's license and own a good‑condition pick‑up truck.
• No vans or SUVs permitted; only pick‑up trucks.
• Must speak English.
• Must be very comfortable with smartphones and associated apps.
• Former military service members are preferred.
• Federal tax r preferred; LLCs and Incs welcome.
• Physical fitness required to climb steps and handle heavy loads.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn; training provided for the right candidate.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
