Facility Grounds Technician – Ideal Self Storage
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a unique position that requires minimal office time. This role will involve conducting door security checks, light property maintenance, and trash clean up at various Ideal Storage locations throughout the Waco, Hewitt, and Lorena area.
Base pay range$12.00/hr - $12.00/hr
Job Description- Communicate effectively with Hub Leaders to address any facility‑specific needs or concerns.
- Perform regular over locking of unpaid units every month, followed by reversing the locks during regular property checks.
- Complete any additional duties as assigned and agreed upon by the employee and management.
- Work independently and travel to different locations as required.
- Valid TX Driver’s License.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
