We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team!Key areas:
Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.
- Consistent commercial work (offices, warehouses, retail, post-construction)
- Clear pay terms - paid on time, every time
- Flexible hours and schedules - nights, weekends, or day porters
- Opportunity for steady repeat work - we want long-term partnerships!
- Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
- Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Able to pass background check if required by clients
- Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!
- Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
- Post-construction cleaning
- Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
- Small crews available for large or rush jobs
