Industrial Maintenance - $2000 sign‑on bonus. Cleburne, TX.
CompensationThe base hourly rate for this position is $35.58.
Job Responsibilities- Reporting directly to the maintenance supervisor, but may receive direction from Level "A" mechanics.
- Servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all plant process, production and facility equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Intermediate training, knowledge and ability in a mechanical or electrical craft.
- Demonstrate proficient oxyacetylene cutting and arc welding ability.
- Demonstrate proficient math skills as related to industrial maintenance skills.
- Demonstrate proficient PC skills as required for time tracking, work order confirmation, and consumable usage checkout.
- High School diploma.
- Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience and completion of a 60+ hour technical training apprentice, military, trade school or college accredited program.
- Documented proof of progression from entry level to intermediate level in the same craft.
- Multi-craft cross‑training and experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
