Position: Industrial Maintenance - $2000 sign-on bonus

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $35.58.

Job Description
  • Reporting directly to the maintenance supervisor, but may receive direction from Level "A" mechanics.
  • Servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all plant process, production and facility equipment.

Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Intermediate training, knowledge and ability in a mechanical or electrical craft.
  • Demonstrate proficient oxyacetylene cutting and arc welding ability.
  • Demonstrate proficient math skills as related to industrial maintenance skills.
  • Demonstrate proficient PC skills as required for time tracking, work order confirmation, and consumable usage checkout.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma.
  • Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience and completion of a 60+ hour technical training apprentice, military, trade school or college accredited program.
  • Documented proof of progression from entry level to intermediate level in the same craft.
  • Multi‑craft cross‑training and experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
