Plant Manager (Open) –

Cleburne, TX

Supports the development of the site and guides the operation of industrial assets in safety, risk management, and the level of reliability required to guarantee customer satisfaction and the set level of profitability. Advance Operational Excellence in Primary Production plant(s) in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency. Foster alignment and conformity of the plant and its good operation within defined Safety rules.

Secure and support the delivery of products per customer contracts and demand. Support the proper implementation of strategy & contribute to LI Performance (Empowered to manage entity costs of sales). Champion collaborative coordination with other teams (SIO, Maintenance, Industrial Direction, HSE).

• 5+ years experience in plant management in industrial gas or chemical processes
• Strong knowledge of labor, environment, occupational health and safety laws
• Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer generated documents
• Travel up to 20 percent of the time as needed
• Operate a forklift and become forklift certified
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S.; not requiring visa sponsorship

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Prior operational and production experience
• Prior ASU experience
• Prior SAP and Power BI experience
• Prior forklift experience
