Plant Manager
LocationCleburne, TX (AMG) - ASU
Responsibilities- Supports the development of the site and guides the operation of industrial assets in safety, risk management, and the level of reliability required to guarantee customer satisfaction and the set level of profitability.
- Advance Operational Excellence in Primary Production plant(s) in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency.
- Foster alignment and conformity of the plant and its good operation within defined Safety rules.
- Secure and support the delivery of products per customer contracts and demand.
- Support the proper implementation of strategy & contribute to LI Performance (Empowered to manage entity costs of sales).
- Champion collaborative coordination with other teams (SIO, Maintenance, Industrial Direction, HSE).
- 5+ years experience in plant management in industrial gas or chemical processes
- Strong knowledge of labor, environment, occupational health and safety laws
- Ability to travel 20 percent of the time as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer generated documents
- Ability to operate a forklift and become forklift certified
- Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Prior operational and production experience
- ASU experience
- Prior SAP and Power BI experience
- Prior forklift experience
