Reports To: Production Supervisors/Operations Manager
Cleburne, Texas
Responsibilities- Performs all tasks associated with the filling of compressed gas cylinders and/or ton containers, such as evacuating, cleaning, inspecting, testing, painting, replacing valves, filling, and tagging.
- Loads and unloads trucks and trailers, including tankers.
- Completes filling logs and other plant reports.
- Connects and disconnects railcars.
- Manufactures bleach.
- Analyzes product samples.
- Performs minor maintenance tasks on equipment or piping.
- Attends safety and training classes.
- Assists with general plant housekeeping.
- Visually inspects cylinders and ton containers and their removable components in accordance with DOT standards.
- Required to be a part of the Emergency Response Team.
- Other duties as assigned. May be required to perform any or all of the previous job tasks, depending upon the organization and size of the plant.

- Hazardous materials, including bleach, caustic, HCl and chlorine gas.
- Outdoor weather conditions, working in salt yard and changing roof filters.
- Work irregular hours, swing shifts, Day and Night shifts with 12-hour shifts.
- Employees are expected to report to work on time and be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- General company policies regarding attendance, PTO, and leaves of absence apply.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of stable work experience, preferably in a production environment.
- Ability to work overtime and a rotating schedule (additional hours, holidays and weekends based on business needs).
- Pre‑employment testing, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to physically maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance.
- Stable employment history.
- Must be adaptable; job duties may change based on evolving business and overall plant needs.
- Candidates must reside in or around the Sweetwater, Texas area (no per diem or housing provided).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
