Certified Welding Inspector; Stainless Pipe

We're looking for an exceptional Certified Weld Inspector to help build the highest-quality stainless pipe fabrication shop in the industry. You'll own weld quality, inspection, documentation, traceability, welding procedures, and continuous improvement. This isn't a checkbox QA role—you'll have the authority to stop production, identify root causes, improve processes, and work with our engineering and software teams to build innovative inspection systems that make quality measurable, repeatable, and world-class.

AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) with extensive experience inspecting stainless steel pipe fabrication, GTAW/TIG welding, weld traceability, and fabrication drawings. Experience with high-purity process piping, ASME B31.3, orbital welding, or regulated industries is a plus. We're looking for someone who is relentlessly detail-oriented, passionate about solving difficult manufacturing problems, and uncompromising in their pursuit of quality.
