We are growing our operations and are seeking a dependable Operator / Loader to join our team at our Cleburne, Texas facility. If you enjoy operating heavy equipment, working outdoors, and being part of a team that manufactures high‑quality concrete products, we'd like to hear from you.

The Operator / Loader is responsible for safely operating loaders, forklifts, and other equipment to move raw materials and finished precast and prestressed concrete products throughout the facility. This position supports daily production by ensuring materials and products are handled safely, efficiently, and according to company quality and safety standards.

• Operate loaders, forklifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, stage, load, and unload raw materials and finished concrete products.
• Load products onto trailers for shipment while ensuring proper placement and product protection.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
• Assist production personnel with material handling and other production support activities.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving machinery.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

• Experience in precast or prestressed concrete manufacturing.
• Forklift or heavy equipment operating experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to dust, noise, weather, and industrial equipment.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
