Job Description

The Assembly/Rebuild Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and documenting the condition of hydraulic components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Job Duties
  • Responsible for assembling components
  • Apply decals
  • Fill out paperwork indicating completion of task
  • Will be cross trained to work in various stages of assembly/rebuild within the work area
  • Will be trained in the diagnosis and rebuild of hydraulic attachments
Qualifications
Education Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years mechanical experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient use of hand and powered tools, air and electric.
  • Read and understand prints and assemble components according to instructions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others
  • Follow directions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
Preferred Candidates
  • Experience with hydraulic assembly/rebuild
  • Understanding assembly/rebuild processes and principles
