Job DescriptionThe Assembly/Rebuild Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and documenting the condition of hydraulic components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Job Duties- Responsible for assembling components
- Apply decals
- Fill out paperwork indicating completion of task
- Will be cross trained to work in various stages of assembly/rebuild within the work area
- Will be trained in the diagnosis and rebuild of hydraulic attachments
Education Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years mechanical experience
- Proficient use of hand and powered tools, air and electric.
- Read and understand prints and assemble components according to instructions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others
- Follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Experience with hydraulic assembly/rebuild
- Understanding assembly/rebuild processes and principles
