Utilize QC tools and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI) to support data-driven decisions;
Oversee cold chain compliance and inbound HACCP processes to maintain food safety and regulatory standards;
Communicate performance standards and metrics to QC team and report metrics to leadership daily;
Organize training and development, coach and discipline associates, and drive continuous improvement.
