• Manage, train, monitor, and coach Crew/ Team members
• Direct and assign restaurant employees to meet operational standards
• Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
• Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels within cost control procedures
• Complete and maintain all employment-related records
• Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and respectfully
• Hire and develop restaurant crew and management team members
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for improvement
• Develop and implement marketing strategies

Scraping together every penny and nickel, we opened up our Southwest Parkway location in January of 2005. We had the good fortune to purchase the Vernon location in 2009. Our Maplewood location was brought on in 2014 and our Duncan Oklahoma store in March of 2018.
We contribute a large part of our success to our amazing staff. Many members of our management have been with our company for 10 to 15 years. We strive to offer our customers a safe and comfortable environment where people can enjoy an amazing meal at a great price. We place a high value on each and every customer because we would cease to exist without their support.

Taco Casa started back in 1972 by the Roy Upshaw family. Since that time, Taco Casa has remained the same by offering the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Our family is extremely blessed to be apart of such great people, and great communities. Our focus is to continue the same tradition that was started nearly 50 years ago.
