ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Greet fans warmly, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable assistance on merchandise selections.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting merchandise features and benefits.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store by organizing, restocking, and ensuring a clean and visually appealing sales floor and backstock area.
• Assist managers and supervisors with various merchandising projects as needed.
• Stay informed about La Moderna Field businesses and current events to provide guests with relevant information.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate to achieve store goals.
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to walk, run or stand for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways for up to 5-8 hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
