ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Greet fans warmly, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable assistance on merchandise selections.
Drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting merchandise features and benefits.
Maintain the overall appearance of the store by organizing, restocking, and ensuring a clean and visually appealing sales floor and backstock area.
Assist managers and supervisors with various merchandising projects as needed.
Stay informed about La Moderna Field businesses and current events to provide guests with relevant information.
All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) software.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate to achieve store goals.
Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
Enjoys working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
Physical ability to walk, run or stand for extended periods of time, along with navigating through ramps and stairways for up to 5-8 hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
