Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts selection, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle phone inquiries professionally
• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting parts/items with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
• Provide accurate price quotes and product details in person and over the phone
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout
• Manage special orders, notifying customers and relevant team members upon arrival
• Monitor inventory levels, report out-of-stock items, and restock daily
• Pull and fulfill orders from existing stock
• Follow up on back-ordered items to ensure timely fulfillment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and maintain smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software
• Some cash handling experience is preferred
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• Comfortable standing for long periods during shifts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for effective customer interactions

• This position requires regular standing, walking, hand use, reaching, and communication
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and activities like stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling are also required
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 15 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception, with the ability to adjust focus
• The work environment has a moderate noise level
