Merchandising Install Team Member

As a Merchandising Install Team Member at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, you'll travel to major retailers to execute high-impact merchandising projects and resets. Working in the Retail Operations team, you'll install fixtures and displays, execute detailed planograms, stock and organize product, and ensure on-time, high-quality in-store execution. You'll use basic tools, read floor plans, and document work via mobile apps while collaborating closely with store teams and Jacent peers.

This role offers hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and the chance to influence national retail programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to complete merchandising installs and resets
• Build, install, and adjust fixtures, displays, and signage per planograms
• Stock, face, and organize product to merchandising standards
• Read and follow floor plans, schematics, and reset instructions accurately
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Capture photos, complete reports, and submit work documentation via mobile tools
• Collaborate with store staff and Jacent teammates to minimize disruption to shoppers
• Meet project deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
• Support special projects, remodels, and overnight or early-morning resets as needed
