Cashier​/Receptionist

Service Cashier:
Our company offers an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Service Cashier. The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions, and completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s clients.

• Print repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
• Record amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Process repair orders and operate credit card and “Telecheck” machines
• Maintain records of daily transaction documentation
• Calculate discounts, coupons and charges and apply to proper accounts on repair order
• Prepare daily bank deposits
• Process and receive Finance and Insurance (F&I) and necessary sales monies
• Know and understand extended service policies, and process extended warranty payments for repair orders
• Assist in scheduling courtesy transportation
• Process mail
• Assist receptionist with phone calls
• Attend department meetings

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
