At Ulrich, you will serve warm inbound internet leads from customers actively shopping for sheds and lifestyle structures. Your job is simple.
Contact. Qualify. Design. Close.You will own the entire sales process from the first conversation through signed paperwork and deposit.
You will be expected to follow up relentlessly, overcome objections, create urgency, and close business.

What You’ll Do- Work inbound web leads and customer inquiries
- Call, text, email, and follow up until a two‑way contact is made
- With our Stewardship core value, we diligently serve the customer on the first two‑way contact so they can make a purchase decision today in line with our Golden Rule core value – who wants to keep shopping?
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Identify customer needs, budget, and buying timeline
- Present solutions and pricing
- Ask for deposits and signed agreements
