Together, we are a leading Midwest provider of concrete pipe, precast products, storage systems, and ready-mix concrete.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Cleburne, TX location to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support projects from bidding through completion. This position works closely with Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to provide solutions and exceptional service to customers in the construction and precast concrete industry.

This position reports directly to the DFW General Manager.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and specifiers.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, plan rooms, and industry contacts.
* Promote McPherson Concrete Companies’ precast concrete products and design solutions.
* Prepare accurate quotes and proposals from construction drawings and specifications.
* Follow up on bids and proposals to secure projects and maintain customer relationships.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams throughout project execution.
* Represent the company at trade associations, customer events, and industry organizations.
* Assist with digital marketing and company website initiatives.
* Track sales activity, proposal results, and customer feedback.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
* 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
* Construction, concrete, or precast industry experience preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
* Ability to learn Titan Precast Management Software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
** Travel &

Physical Requirements
*** Ability to travel, including overnight travel for customer visits, trade shows, seminars, and job site visits.
* Ability to access and navigate construction sites and job areas.
* Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer.
* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
