As a Cabin Sales Advisor/Designer you will work with customers interested in custom cabins, garages, workshops, and lifestyle structures, guiding them from first inquiry through design, proposal, contract, and deposit. This is a consultative sales role; customers are making significant investments in their property and lifestyle.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Respond to inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk‑in customers.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, property requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Design customized cabin and lifestyle structure solutions that align with each customer’s vision.
- Build trust and establish strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Present proposals, pricing, and financing options.
- Follow up consistently and professionally until a buying decision is made.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Ask for deposits and signed agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Own the customer relationship from first contact through signed contract.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving results.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence discussing high‑value purchases and investments.
