Pecan Valley Centers is seeking an IDD Service Coordinator to develop individualized service plans (ISPs) and coordinate with families, providers, and community resources. You will monitor progress, advocate for rights, and conduct assessments to tailor services to each client’s needs.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human or social services (or be in the last semester), strong communication, and case management skills. A Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.
