Full-time, hourly
Compensation and Benefits Starting pay of $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Insurance and paid time off benefits beginning after 30 days of employmentA free health insurance premium optionA pay-in-lieu-of-benefits option that provides an additional $2.00 per hour
Position Overview The Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist prepares accounts payable transactions accurately and within established guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications High school diploma required
College degree preferred
Preferred Experience Previous office experience
Knowledge of payroll functions and human resources processes
Accounts payable experience
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
Strong data-entry and general math skills
Excellent attention to detail
