Are you organized, upbeat, and love making things happen over the phone? Mr. Handyman of Greater Winston-Salem is looking for a confident, sales-savvy Office Professional who can manage calls, book jobs, and create an unbeatable customer experience—every time.
We're growing fast and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to turn a phone call into a scheduled appointment.
What You'll Do:
- Convert Calls Into Customers
- Own the first impression. Answer inbound calls, follow up on leads, and close appointments with confidence and care.
- Keep the Schedule Full
- Book efficiently, route smartly, and stay flexible to ensure our Service Professionals stay busy and on time.
- Set Clear Expectations
- Guide customers through our process, answer questions clearly, and help them feel confident in choosing Mr. Handyman.
- Be a Team Player
- Collaborate with office and field staff to keep everything running smoothly—and have fun doing it.
What You Bring:
- A friendly, professional phone voice
- 2+ years office, customer service, and sales experience
- Great instincts for customer needs and scheduling
- Confidence to lead conversations and close jobs
- Comfort using customer management or scheduling software
- Problem-solving mindset and a sense of urgency

- $17–$20/hr based on experience
