Job Title: Project Manager
Locations: Clemmons, NC
Salary Rate: $120,000 - $180,000 (Depending on experience)

A privately held engineering and construction organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex mechanical, HVAC, and process-piping projects across industrial, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, and turnover.
  • Maintain strict control over project scope, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and all project documentation.
  • Monitor job progress, manpower allocation, material delivery, and installation quality.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Support accounting with invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
  • Issue purchase orders, and coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
  • Lead internal and external project meetings, presenting schedules, progress updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or process-piping projects in industrial or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, cleanroom environments, controlled temperature facilities, and industrial process systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and complex technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and document control software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
