D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Be Part of a Dynamic ERP Transformation Team

This role supports a D365 environment across live entities while the program ramps into a major North America deployment. The consultant will join the ERP sustainment team, reporting into the ERP lead, and will be used flexibly across finance support needs. The focus is practical execution: stabilizing day-to-day processes, supporting testing cycles, helping users operate correctly, and assisting the core team when priorities stack up.

This project suits a finance functional consultant who is strong in fundamentals, especially costing, and who can coach users through the realities of running finance processes in D365. The team values clarity, speed, and partnership more than perfection or overly theoretical answers.

• Support D365 Finance operations across live and deploying entities
• Partner with finance users on costing, AP, AR, and transactional workflows
• Assist with CRP, UAT, and go-live readiness
• Troubleshoot finance-related system issues and user challenges
• Support training and knowledge transfer to business users

• Strong functional experience with D365 Finance / F&SCM
• Solid understanding of standard costing environments
• Experience with AP / AR and core finance processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to train business users
• Willingness to travel during critical project milestones
