Senior D365 FSCM Business Analyst – Sales & Customer Service

Join a global manufacturing organization specializing in residential and commercial pool and spa equipment, with operations spanning North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. The organization designs and manufactures a broad portfolio of pumps, filtration systems, heating solutions, automation, lighting, cleaners, and water-management technologies. This team is undertaking a significant ERP transformation focused on standardizing business processes, improving operational visibility, and creating more scalable Sales and Customer Service capabilities through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Work on a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management transformation
  .
• Take ownership of a highly visible Sales and Customer Service ERP workstream
  .
• Partner directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, architecture, and implementation resources.
• Gain end-to-end exposure across requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live optimization.
• Onsite opportunity in either Clemmons, NC or Mocksville, NC.

• Lead functional analysis and solution design for Sales and Customer Service processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
  .
• Own business-process requirements across Quote-to-Cash, Sales & Marketing, Rebate Management, and Pricing Management
  .
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to document current-state processes, pain points, future-state requirements, and priorities.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to use standard D365 functionality before introducing custom solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for developers, integration teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize D365 FSCM functionality, workflows, forms, reporting, security, and related business processes.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, approval workflows, and third-party applications.
• Develop and execute functional testing strategies covering configurations, integrations, customizations, and business scenarios.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolution throughout testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, and help drive adoption of new processes and capabilities.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities as new D365 functionality and evolving business needs emerge.

• 7–10 years of Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar ERP functional experience.
• Strong recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Deep functional experience supporting:
• Quote-to-Cash
• Sales & Marketing
• Rebate Management
• Pricing Management
• Demonstrated ability to independently configure D365 and translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
• Strong knowledge of D365 workflows, forms, reporting, security, integrations, and functional configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ERP implementations, transformations, or major system enhancements.
• Experience integrating D365 with platforms such as Salesforce, SPS Commerce EDI, or comparable third-party applications

• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, testing, and defect-resolution skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business leaders, end users, developers, architects, and other technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management certification is preferred.
• Power Platform experience, including Power Automate and Power BI
  , is preferred.
• Exposure to Azure services and enterprise architecture principles is advantageous.
