Technician, Assembly Test

Responsibilities

• Produces hydraulic components utilizing subassembly, assembly, acceptance testing and finishing
• Responsible for building and finishing hydraulic components by using engineering drawings and specifications
• Accurately record as-processed documentation
• Use and train others in the use of measuring tools
• Takes the initiative to build and assemble components
• Meets production deadlines by following correct procedures without supervision
• Troubleshoot, build and repair production units
• Contribute to team effort, work safely, and maintain a positive attitude

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years in aviation maintenance, military, or manufacturing
• Airframe & Powerplant License holder preferred
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude
• Engineering Drawing Reading ability
• Basic Computer Skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read/write in the English language

Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and proficiency in building and finishing hydraulic components according to engineering drawings. Capable of accurately documenting processes and training others in the use of measuring tools while adhering to production deadlines.
