Job Shift: Third Shift

• $10,000 Signing Bonus
• Scheduling: 11p-7a (Third Shift)
• Pay to be discussed upon interview. Additional pay includes shift differential for second shift.
• Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour

• Administer and document medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintain security of drug rooms and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Carry out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administrating respiratory treatments.
• Supervise the nursing team and foster a supportive environment.

• Graduation from an accredited RN program or college.
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as an RN.

• Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
