Pediatric Home Health RN​/LPN Care

Position

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Clemmons, NC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range:

• LPN: $28-$33/hr
• RN: $30-$35/hr

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New graduates welcome, training provided).
