Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Baylor Shift Nurse position available

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Competitive Nurse base pay (based on experience).Baylor nurses receive an additional $4 per hour shift differential on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Baylor nurses also receive 25% Baylor pay.

Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour Daily Pay:

Position Summary As a Nurse at Trinity Elms Health & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing resident care under the supervision of the attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.

Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.

Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.

Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nurse program.

Current Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.

CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience but not required.

Work Environment Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.

Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
