Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons is hiring for PCA/CNA positions.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Starting at $14 per hour

• $2/ hr. shift diff for (11p-7a) 3rd shift.
• $3/hr. shift diff for (3p-11p) 2nd shift
• $4/hr weekend Only shift diffs for all shifts

First (7a-3p), Second (3p-11p) & Third (11p-7a) shifts available!

We also Offer 12-hour shifts!

• Every other Weekend is Required
• Trinity Elms employees now have Daily Pay; an app that will allow employees to obtain earned money prior to pay day!

“Nurse Tuition Program: available to any teammate who has been accepted into a community college nursing program. Tuition fully covered after other applicable grants or scholarships. Teammates must work for a senior facility a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Teammates must apply to administrator at least 4 weeks prior to start of semester.”
