HVAC Residential Sales Representative

Eanes Services is one of North Carolina's largest independent HVAC companies offering products, services, and solutions to customers.

Location:

High Point, NC

We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives with at least 5 years of prior sales experience. Prior In‑Home Sales experience is required; HVAC knowledge is not mandatory and will be provided through training.

Leads are generated and appointments are set for you by our skilled Sales Assistants. No cold calling is required.

Position Summary

Provide direct support to the Sales Department in the development of existing and prospective Eanes Services customers to meet defined monthly goals and growth targets.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to develop customized HVAC system solutions, including an exclusive maintenance program.
  • Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to verify that all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including trade shows and referral groups.
  • Be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
Skills & Abilities

Education:

High School Graduate or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.

Computer

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
  • Background, drug, and motor vehicle checks required.
