LSC has established itself as a leader in serving individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). Located in Clemmons, NC, Lippard Lodge was LSC's first TBI community and has paved the way for additional TBI programs across North Carolina.
Residents of Lippard Lodge receive support from Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) with activities of daily living, educational opportunities, recreational activities, social development, and independent living skills such as money management, shopping, and scheduling appointments.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) who are eager to fulfill their passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and helping them experience abundant living.
What We Offer- Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Benefits available after 30 days (for teammates working 20+ hours per week)

- Must be available to work some weekends each month
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal goals
- Assist individuals in developing social, functional, and independent living skills
- Encourage participation in educational and recreational activities
- Provide transportation and community engagement opportunities as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding resident care
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Serve as a positive role model while helping residents achieve greater independence
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of experience in the Human Services field preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid North Carolina or South Carolina driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
