JOB SUMMARY:Coordinates faculty, staff and students and provides support to operations in the college of Architecture, Art, and Construction at their facilities located in the One Greenville building in Greenville, SC. Assignments include coordination of facilities, course and room scheduling, faculty, staff, and student meetings, travel and annual assessment data, program director support, student coordination and support, and support to centers/institutes housed in One Greenville.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- 15% - Budgets & Expenditures Coordinator MRED/NCRED:
Supports college business office in tracking, managing, and processing expenditures. Coordinates and plans logistics and preparation for program events and university-related travel for students. Coordinates support for graduate degree programs. - 30% - Operational Support:
Provides support for additional programs/activities associated with the College of Architecture, Art & Construction taking place from the One Greenville location to include but not limited to:- Assist center directors on center-related activities (events, marketing, outreach, distribution of grant monies, etc.)
- Help with non-MRED educational activities happening at One Greenville (parking, building access, space reservations, etc.)
- Event, classroom, conference space bookings/reservations at One Greenville
- Collaborate with college leadership on coordination of college-related events/activities out of One Greenville
- 25% - Graduate Program Support:
Coordinates with the graduate school, the registrar/enrolled services, international services, financial aid, and other university offices on all items related to graduate affairs for the programs housed in One Greenville. Enters course information into the iRoar system, conducts orientation for incoming graduate students. Coordinates annual assessment and accreditation data. Assists with accreditation processes, student support, and program directors. Coordinates graduate student recruitment initiatives.
Communicate with prospective students, schedule prospective student site visits, and manage the graduate student admissions review process. - 30% - Administrative Coordinator MRED/NCRED:
Serves as a first point of contact for the MRED program. Provides administrative support to graduate programs in One Greenville. Schedules faculty and staff meetings, coordinates other meetings and events, takes meeting minutes, and distributes and maintains program records. Occasionally travels for various functions, recruiting events and marketing purposes.

Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB KNOWLEDGEFundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNot responsible for supervising employees.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIESNo fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.
